As libraries are now closed, the app Borrow Box is a free app that allows you to download up to 5 ebooks and 5 audio books at a time. All you need is a library card which has your membership number at the back

Use the Book Creator app to create stories - Sock Puppets is a fun app that allows the kids to record their voice using a sock puppet: tell about a character in a book, replay a scene, share what you know about a topic, tell how you solved a problem, etc.
www.writinglegends.com. Writing legends is a comprehensive writing programme containing hundreds of activities for students in grades 3 to 6. As part of their assistance for schools during the coronavirus they are providing Writing Legends free of charge through to July 31, 2020.

Rainn agus Amhráin: Rainn agus Amhráin has lots of songs and rhymes as gaeilge. The songs and rhymes are categorised into the various topic areas as outlined by the Irish Curriculum and are further divided into the various class levels. The download page contains links to some colouring pages and worksheets to download as a teaching resource. Each topic area is also available to print.
Any science experiment you could think of is nicely organised into lots of different sections. Much of the equipment you can find at home but well worth exploring to try and do a science experiment every few days (Infants to 6th class)
www.code.org: Children can access a variety of coding activities for free (Hour of code activities good place to start as have already accessed in school)
